Customize first alt symbol

Customize first alt symbol

Is there a way to change the default alt symbol behind a key ? For example I would like "á" to be the first alt symbol behind a instead of "@" (icelandic keyboard) ?

p.s. I just downloaded smart keyboard ... love at first sight :)
