The Hebrew keyboard is missing the Hebrew equivalents of quote, double quotes and dash, namely Geresh (U+05F3) Gershayim (U+05F4) and Maqaf (U+05BE).
Aside from being the correct symbols for quoting and joining in Hebrew, they also have the advantage of not being direction-neutral like their ASCII counterparts, those help keep the directionality of mixed paragraphs correct.
It'd be a great service if those characters would be added to the Hebrew keyboard.

Done in the latest beta. I kept the original marks on the same keys.
