If I turn off Quick Fixes, it also turns off Show Suggestions even though I keep Show Suggestions checked on in my settings.
Thus, I either get both or neither.

Yes that's how the stock keyboard words, quick fixes is mandatory to have the other options working. I tried to change this but it was quite tricky so I may check again later..
