Capitalization, more macros

I had an app on my Palm Smartphone where if I pressed a button twice quickly it would capitalize; a long press would enter the alternate character.

Also, I would like separate macros for month, day, date, year, hour, minutes and seconds (or the ability to customize the date and time formats)
