I seem to be getting 2 notifications

I am using a Nexus One and have Smart Keyboard Pro installed and in use. My problem is that when I receive a txt message I think that the Android Keyboard as well as the Smart Keyboard Pro give a notification. I would prefer if I could be notified by Smart Keyboard only.

Any advice for me.

Oops, I think I am in the wrong forum, I should be asking in the "Handcent" forum. My query relates to my text message application.
