Hide suggestion bar when in-active

When starting to type the suggestion bar becomes visible then stays visible. Would like an option to hide it again once it is in-active or empty. Even a short time delay may be nice so it's not bouncing too much.

Reason is it hides buttons in app behind keyboard so getting the screen space back would be beneficial. Example Twidroyd on new tweet or reply.
