Problem Downloading

I bought the SMart Keyboard PRO from MArket, after I sent my CC info in it said there was an error with my credit card, so I tried it again, another error came up, but then it had the option that I purchased it and I could download it, now I go to accept and download but it gets stuck on "Starting Download" and wont do anything????
