Default input mehod reverts to Swype after updates

This is a minor nuisance, but I've noticed it twice. After updates are applied the default input method switches back to Swype, though Smart Keyboard Pro was previously selected. Smart Keyboard Pro is still checked as an active input after the upgrade.

The keyboard can do nothing about it, it's likely that your phone does this because the current input method becomes invalid at the time you update it.
