Yes, I still have this problem unfortunately.
The funny thing is that I have contacted someone on Android Market and they told me that this app, and some other that are missing are actually really disabled for purchase in Serbia. They also said that I should contact developers.

of the apps you listed are currently not targeted for distribution in
Serbia. I apologize for any confusion or frustration this has caused.
Please note that developers of Android applications can choose to limit
the availability of their apps in several ways, including by geographic
location. Android Market does not apply any filters to applications. Since
the applications you mentioned are unavailable in Serbia, I recommend you
contact the developers for more information.
I don't know how this issue is going to be resolved. Some people that bought some apps that are now missing can't get updates any longer.
I am sure it's a Market issue like many before, so I can't blame developers. But I am sure that Google will have more understanding if you contact them, then they have it for me.
Thanks for your replay, and if you are Smart Keyboard developer, kudos to you. I love using your keyboard, much better then the stock. I only wish you'll include Serbian dictionary soon.
