Hello,
In the regular android gingerbread keyboard, as you type, there are suggestions. When you see a white word and you want to use that one time only, you just tap that and it'll get used, but then it asks if you want to tap it again to actually save it. (adsf <- touch again to add )
I really wish smart keyboard pro had this function because I find myself adding words that I'll only use one time into the custom dictionary and it'll show up in the suggestions making it really annoying.
Love smart keyboard pro for it's ability to increase the size of the keys, and loads of customizability!!
thanks!

Doesn't Smart Keyboard Pro already do this? If you tap on a word in the suggestion bar, it gets used but doesn't get added to the user dictionary. If you long press, it will save to the dictionary. Just a long press instead of a second tap. I actually find it easier.

Actually? Thanks! But Is there a setting to enable it?
I just tested typing some long made up word, i just tapped the white text, and then i looked in the custom dictionary and it's inside there... Then i long pressed the word and same thing happened. :S

Do you have "Learn new words" checked? Under Settings -> Text Prediction. I turned it off cause I was getting too many garbled words accidentally added to the user dictionary. By turning it off, I think you can tap once to accept the word but not have it added. Then if you long press on the word in the prediction bar, you will get a popup that it's been added to the dictionary.
