Bug in Swedish Language Keyboard SKPro 4.1.2

Post by lac »

I have the Swedish Langauge Keyboard for the Smart Keyboard Pro installed, with the Swedish dictionaries.
My Smart Keyboard Pro version is 4.1.2
My android device is the Samsung Galaxy S Model number GT-I9000
with the firmware version 2.2, baseband version I9000XXJPP
kernel version 2.6.32.9 root@SE-S608 #1
Build number FROYO.XWJPA

The app works great, thank you very much. There is one rendering glitch/oddness.
If you type on the 'o' or the 'a' key, and you press for a long time, (because you want
to type a '9' or a '@' the screen indicates a white 'ö' followed by a blue '9', or a blue '@'
followed by a 'ä'. You get whatever is blue, which is what you want, so this is just a
cosmetic problem.

On an unrelated note, since I have very nice 'å', 'ä', and 'ö' characters, how hard would
it be to associate 3 extra alternative characters for long presses with these keys? If
you are taking suggestions, I would like an '=' an '_' and a '~', please.

Thank you for the app, I really couldn't use my phone without it.

Happy Customer,
Laura Creighton

Hello
In previous versions there were no dedicated keys for 'å', 'ä', and 'ö', that's why the long press was needed. But indeed it could be removed now
