What is the best android on the market for t-mobile currently? Hey I've been thinking of upgrading to an android phone in the near future. I do like having a physical keyboard but if typing on a touch screen works well enough i wouldn't mind using that instead. I've noticed that the nexus one's specs but I'm not sure I want to spend 500 dollars on a phone unless its a big improvement over the others. What would you recommend?

Okay, I was able to get the Draw 9-patch to open up, but I am certainly lost as this is my first time using it. What I am curious about is, do I create the button or key in a normal program such as photoshop or some other image editing software and then upload it in the draw 9-patch program or how exactly do you edit and make your own type of buttons? I'm definitely interested in learning this.

If I understand the first post, draw 9-patch program is supposed to just add the extra pixels needed or whatever such as the transparent and black pixels.

Any tutorials on this would be highly appreciated, maybe something a little more in depth to editing or creating an actual button. I definitely would love to know. Thanks!

Does anyone know of a video or something that shows how to go about making a button? I would highly appreciate any information on this because I am pretty confused.

You don't need Eclipse, it's just a zip file with a xml and some images...

Hi all,

I'm encountering a small issue... When I click one of my keys, the text color is white, instead of black as I wrote in the XML file... Maybe I missed a node :( ?? has anyone the same problem ?

I think there should be a video made for those who don't quite understand how to make their own or design their own keyboards. I think it would help, and get the keyboard more known.

I'm having a bit of an issue if someone would assist. I'm trying to make some themed skins in relation to say video games, movies, pop culture ect. So I created a simple skin, installed, but it didn't show in the list, then I tried something even simpler by simply modifying the sample with differentcolors for the symbols such as the space symbol. That also did not work, the sample itself works fine and I checked and double checked to make sure I had all my file names and such correct. Does anyone have any ideas? Like I said I just pulled up the symbols with gimp and changed the white to green. Thanks in advance! You guys are awesome!
