it's not happening anymore suggesting maybe it had to do with app i had downloaded (recently uninstalled a lot of the apps i don't use)

ps how do i send debug logs?

Good !
To send logs, use the Log Collector app. You can add more logs by enabling the option "debug logs" in smart keyboard advanced settings

Mine has become more sluggish but I think it has more to do with the Handecent App. The stock keyboard does seem to go a little faster with Handcent, but not so much that I can honestly say its your keyboard causing it
