Smart User Dictionary doesn't save capital letters

Hello,

in German Nouns are written in Capital letters. Whenever the dictionary doesn't know a word, I disable T9 and type it manually (with capitalization). After that, a consecutive use of that word is suggested, but it is always in lower case letters. Is that changeable somehow?
