I have changed the google account associated with my android device. My request to you is to transfer my purchase order to my new google account so i can use the app on my phone. Regarding this, i had raised a request for change through google play 1 week back and as i did not receive a reply, i also sent an email to you. But i have not received a reply from you till now. I had purchased the app through my google a/c - vikram.guess@gmail.com and the email and the google play request were sent from the same account. In those communications, i have given the details of the purchase as well as the new google account to which i would like to have the purchase transfered. Kindly resolve this issue.

No reply from your side despite contacting you through various ways. Had to purchase app 2nd time for the same device. Can't believe you don't respond even in your support forum especially for a problem.
