How do I disable spanish accents(?)?

I'm not even sure if it's called spanish accents character...??
Anyhow.. when doing a long-press for a, I would like the keyboard to just type @ instead of listing all those characters.

Any help?

Which language are you using? English or something else?
If you use "English International", just use "English" instead
