This is going to sound intensely stupid, but when there are 2 letters and a symbol per key, how does on choose when using SmartKeyboard in compact mode? I mean what do you actually do with your fingers if you want the 2nd letter, not the first or the symbol? Do you have to "pick" the letter from the recommendation line?

if completion (XT9) is disabled, you need to press the key twice, if XT9 is enabled, you can only choose the correct word from the prediction bar
