honeycomb troubleshooting

I have a new Toshiba thrive tablet, running honeycomb. It seems really unstable, and I have had to do factory resets on it a few times. I installed smart keyboard pro, but after these problems, I am currently running with the stock keyboard. Specifically, I've had the tablet crash and then ask for an encryption key. Another time, all my android processes were force closing. So my question is, could smart keyboard pro be possibly causing any of my problems?
