I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S2, Android 2.3.3, Smart Keyboard Pro 4.5.0.

I dont seem to be able to get the custom auto text to work. I went to settings, set-up a custom quto text entry, but when I type the text it doesn't suggest or replace the text. I even tried a reboot.

Any suggestions?

You might be coming up against the issue that I just hit. Namely, for me, SmartKeyboard is not making AutoText suggestions in landscape mode. It works fine for me in portrait mode, and OTHER suggestions are showing in landscape mode but NOT AutoText.

SO, have you tried using AutoText in portrait mode?

Note also, that you have to turn on suggestions in settings. (Settings > TextPrediction > Show Suggestions)

Anyone have any ideas as to why AutoText suggestions are not being shown in landscape mode? (Note that I have "No landscape Suggestions" Unchecked, although I've tried it both ways)
