Voice Pop Up w/ suggestions

Is there anyway to disable this? When I do speech to text i get a bunch on suggestions on what I may have just said.

Yes, enable the option "voice input best choice"

My suggestions have QUIT coming up and I want to get them back. I checked and my best options is unchecked.
