Isn't it enough to have it in the prediction bar?

Is there any way to put it regularly in the prediction bar instead of the predicted words?

It should be the case if you kept the option "Suggest punctuations" enabled. Otherwise can you describe precisely what you do to NOT see punctuation signs in the prediction bar?

I see the punctuation options in the prediction bar after I hit the spacebar once after typing out a word. If you hit the spacebar again, you get the period automatically. If you hit the ? in the prediction bar, you get a ? but with a space between the end of the word and the ?. Like this: "Example ?" The default android keyboard recogonizes the ? needs to be right behind the word and removes the space.
Is this a setting I can change or is it just a qwirk of the keyboard?

Yes, "swap punctuation"
