sms name list issue

I have a HTC thunderbolt. In the stock messages app or Go SMS, if I have "portrait fullscreen" enabled then go to the "TO" field it only puts the names and numbers scrolling across like in the prediction bar. The issue is that it doesn't say if its their work, home, text, etc. So I have to jump out and either doable the fullscreen or go to contacts. If its disabled, then there is a pull down and it shows the name and what type of number.
Is this something SKB is doing or is it HTC?

When you are in fullscreen mode, predictions are replaced by "completions", which means that the app gives a list of suggestions to the keyboard. The app decides what goes in this list, not the keyboard itself.
