:( how do I type words that are not suggested?

I'm stuck 
was using T9 keypad. I wanted to type "woa", which is not in the dictionary. It's also not suggested in the suggestion bar, and there I was stuck. I couldn't figure out a way to manually type in that word.
I was so sad.I thought I found THE perfect keyboard. But seems like the search hasn't ended
