How does the licensing work?

Our company is developing an tablet based android application for commercial use. We are going to sell our product together with the tablet and we are using the Smart Keyboard as the input method of our product. So my question is do we need to purchase additional license or permission from you to make a commercial product? If yes how does it work? Thx
