dictatiom button force closes keyboard in Jellybean

Galaxy nexus - Verizon. Consistantly forse closes keyboard after pressing the Mic to dictate . It's reproducable on stock rom, liquid beta 2 and cna 3.4.0.
( all jellybean)

Any idea ?
