Not Blocking Calls At All

So I am using the app and it seems great, but I still get calls from "private" numbers and even get calls from groups I have setup to block..."800" "1800" "866" ...
I am using droid rooted 2.2 froyo and running bugless beast rom.
any ideas? thanks!
