3Dot ICS menu is over the Keyboard

This bug happens for me in every non ICS app (landscape)(Whatsapp,Facebook...) the 3 dot meny is above the keyboard, i can't acces all buttons, and i type like 95% in landscape mode, the HTC original keyboard does not have this issue, i hope this is fixed asap been having it since i got my HOX over a month ago, i can't be the only one experience this?
