trial version can't sense text messages

Hello,
I really like this keyboard but I'm having issues with being able to send text messages. I have a Samsung Exhibit II running Gingerbread . . I downloaded yesterday
the smart keyboard yesterday and this morning I count send text. called service provider they said to install the app and the reset my signal and voila it was sending text. please address this issue, thanks
