Auto Correct Still Not Working

my auto correct worked amazing on the trial version. i purchased the real version last night and noticed my auto correct won't correct a single word, letter, etc. i have all the correct settings in place and I have installed, uninstalled, and re installed the English dictionary.
anyone else having this issue? did i perhaps miss a setting in the million settings this keyboard has?
