Wrong letter typed in Russian layout

Wrong letter typed in Russian layout

Sometimes a letter "ж" appears while I touch "э". This is the last (11) letter in the second row. And I get 10th instead. Hiding keyboard and reopening it helps for a while.
Device: Acer A500 Android 3.1, app version 4.5.0, landscape orientation
