dependant sub menus should not all be always avaialble, when they depend on other features.

Example: style of arrow (phone/calc) should only be selectable when the above tick is ON; otherwise, should be locked.

Saw the issue at some other palces, forgot where.

Actually it should not, as arrows can also be displayed by a swipe gesture.
