Romanian layout is defective

Hi,

I just bought the smart keyboard pro as it is advertised as supporting the Romanian keyboard layout.

After installing and enabling the Romanian layout I found out that not all Romanian specific characters were not mapped on the keyboard layouts.

For the Compact Qwerty the following are missing:
* from "as" key: ă ș
* from the „ty” key: ț
* from the „ui” key: î
* from the " key: „ ” « » (the Romanian quotation marks)
In the same time, there are many non Romanian characters available on the compact qwerty layout. They are useless and clutter the UI.
Also, it would be nice to have the euro sign instead of the dolar.

* for the „t” key: the ț is added twice
* from the „x” key: „ ” « » (the Romanian quotation marks)

For the T9 layout, no Romanian characters are present.

Compact and T9 are partially implemented for some languages, it will be fixed in the next version
