SmartKeyboard Pro doesnt download on my DHD

Hi
I have just bought smart keyboard pro but it doesnt download it... its blocked on autorisation of transaction.... ("allow" in english i think...)
i have uninstalled the trial version ... but its still the same...
I cant refund... but i just want it ^^i dont want refund
So could you help me please ?
