Scroll not full document

At end any document or website the keyboard can not display all information.

Can you give more information: which device, which app, portrait or landscape, did you change some options such as landscape fullscreen?

Yea, its probably that, cuz you cant scroll in No Landscape Fullscreen (except in some apps)
