Thai: disabling "period" on double spacing

Hi there,

I'm not sure if this qualify as a bug but as a Thai, we don't use "period" or a "full stop" to end a sentence at all. But since most Thais use both English and Thai keyboard, there really isn't a way to disable auto period on double spacing for only a single language yet. I would like to disable this only in Thai but not in English, for example.

So is it possible to make it so that auto "period" on double spacing is disabled when Thai keyboard is being used by default? This would make life much easier than it is today.
