how come to english dictionary no longer predicts the right words and saves all the words that are right to the custom dictionary then will use the words in a sentence using a my touch 4 g 2.2.1 with the newest version of the english dictionary

I don't understand what you say. There is no new version of the English dictionary... are you sure it's still installed?
