Bigger Spacebar

I just changed my settings to hide the period & coma to get a bigger space bar but nothing changed. I rebooted too. I have a the HTC Desire running Android 2.2 and I have version 4.5.0 of Smart Keyboard Trial.

Interesting. When I switched off the period it went immediately, but when I went back later and switched off the comma too, it didn't go. But I left the setting off and it corrected itself.
