Translation of hard keys is not planned yet.
As for the dictionary, yes it would help to have a word list. The needed format is just a text file with the words ordered by decreasing frequency

Hi
I added the QWERTY in 1.19.0, let me know if I made mistakes.
I had to remove the ú key as there is not enough room for it (it's accessible with the "u" key; by the way I could do a multitap for "u" if you want, in addition to the long press; I just don't know if "uu" exists in czech language
)
