Is it possible to add a gesture function which would toggle 'Show suggestions' and thus text prediction?

And on the same topic. If prediction is disabled does the dynamic key resizing still work? At least user dictionary option is grayed out (cant add words for the resizer).

About key resizing, it works only if suggestions are on
