Change ALT symbols

Thank you for making the Serbian and Albanian keyboard layouts few months ago. I would like to be able to have the EURO currency symbol show up instead of the dollar symbol for English. Also, I'd like the percent symbol "%" to be on the main keyboard and not in the ALT aka second screen. How can I achieve this or set my own custom symbols?
