Hebrew keyboard layout
Hebrew keyboard layout
I just started using Smart Keyboard (I abandoned GO when they started pushing ads aggressively), and I love it! It's especially great to be able to use non-Roman alphabets on my phone's physical keyboard. I mainly use Greek and Hebrew. The Greek is fine, but the Hebrew keyboard layout seems very odd to me, nonintuitive and hard to get used to. I've used Hebrew keyboards in PC programs for years, and Smart Keyboard's assignment of Hebrew letters to QWERTY keyboard keys is unlike any I've ever seen. I can find what I need in the on-screen keyboard, but on the physical keyboard I find it impossible to know which key will produce which letter. Is it just me, or do others find this layout difficult?
