In Portuguese, there is also accent in words with only one char, ex: "é" "à" with different meaning of "e" "a"
so when typing this words "é" or "à" we have to press the corresponding key, wait that the longkey event pops-up the different accents for that letter, slide the finger to the corresponding one, press space and finally we have finish the task
To make even harder, the pop-up of the accent letters, show all kind of accents of several languages! (could be interesting to filter only to the active language)
So if we have prediction starting at first letter, if I pressed for exemple "e", it should show as first suggestion "é", followed of most used e* words

PS: If you want to improve even further, prediction could start even without any key pressed, appearing the most common starting words
