Dark keys?

Just as a matter of aesthetics, I always liked how the HTC and iPhone keyboard colored the function (i.e. non-letter/punctuation/space) keys differently.

Could it be changed so on the HTC Keyboard and iPhone keyboards, the caps, ?123, enter, and delete keys are a darker shade? It makes the keyboard pop out a little more, I think.
