I am a home health nurse and our agency just went to an android based emr. We are a national company with estimated 2000 tablets in use. We just bought a smart keyboard input firvouce input system with medical dictionary might do same all units. If we can find an accurate medical voice input dictionary system may do same. Would love to help develop such. I personally would see it as an overlay dictionary. Basically a dictionary that could be loaded on top of any language dictionary. Then you could do same with science chemistry biology dictionaries etc.
