customize action for smiley key and 123 key

i dont use smileys as often as i switch too numbers. it would be nice if i customize acton for those two keys. the choices culd include domain key option in place of 123 key, 123 key option
iin place of smiley key. i might use smiley key more often if
was a choice (smileys without dashes) but i would still prefer 123 key on right.
