Hello orna,

there is a reason why no such forum exists. If you can write Pinyin you can type Chinese characters. The input method will do auto conversion for you. Once you start practicing this learning to read is really easy as well. So writing in Pinyin is only a short transition period while you start to lean writing proper chinese characters. BTW, many people learning Chinese nowadays (like me) do not know how to do handwriting. I can ONLY write using Pinyin but this is the only thing that matters as my written Chinese communication is SMS, QQ and E-Mail.
Short answer (sounds arrogant but is true), nobody studying Chinese for serious will write and read Pinyin. Burn your book (the one using Pinyin only) and buy a proper Chinese text book (which will use Pinyin along with proper chacracters for a few chapter and thenfrop them).

Cheers

Michael
