Microsoft Outlook Web Access

Please can there be better support for Microsoft Outlook Web Access. I am using the hard keyboard rather than the touch keyboard on the Samsung Galaxy Pro.
When i reply to an email it defaults to the end of the existing email rather than the begining to write, i have to scroll to the top. Also if i want to use T9 i can only do so in the smart keyboard box rather than directly in the web page. Finally when i have written the email i cannot preview the email as it only shows the last few lines of the email and can not scroll to the top.
