My terrific Swedish keyboard has 'å', 'ä', and 'ö' characters. But there is no alternative character associated with these keys, in the same way that '(' is associated with 'k' and ')' is associated with 'l'. There are some alternative characters I type a lot that are still two keystrokes away (first you type the '123' key, which I think is a bit of a waste, since all you get with this key is the very chars I already can access from the normal screen, plus the '%' char, though I can see it would be useful if you had to
input a long series of numbers, and then the alt key, so you can find the char you want to type). I would like it if 3 of
those characters became long presses above the 'å' 'ä' and 'ö' keys, saving me time. The characters I use the most
which are not on the first screen, are '~', '_', and '='. Though it would be pretty cool if you could select your own
choices there. I suspect this would be difficult.
Thank you for the keyboard,
and thank you for listening,
Happy Customer.
