Bulgarian BDS keyboard layout

Hello!
I saw that only a phonetic layout for Bulgarian is available for Smart keyboard Pro. Would it be possible to add the traditional BDS layout in a future release? Or at least can someone tell me how to make a layout myself? I promise to share you with everyone.
