Prediction box T9

Hi,
In italian the letter "è" is really really common, is it possible to add "è" in the prediction box of "3"? Something like this 3 -> "d, e, f, è" or more better "e, d, f, è, é, 3"?
Of course a way to personalize all T9 prediction box will be wonderful
